How Big do you want! This smoker was built from a 500 gallon propane tank reverse flow and has 4 seperate racks that slide out. The doors open out as well so no one has to fight that heavy door. She is a Beast!!!!!!
Small package but alot of cooking area. This is a 250 gallon tank with a different design. The fire box ties into the tank with a header system that maitains a constant heat that cooks both racks with an equal temp.
